Besides the smart interviews and amazing archive footage,
Punk Attitude is also useful as a guide to a time when perhaps musical rage didn't seem so manufactured.

A lot of the film feels like it's never been seen before, like the Roxy backstage footage...

GENESIS SONGBOOK

Classic Rock Magazine
Rating: 5 Stars

Excellently researched and compiled. Fans will simply revel in the archive footage, ranging from a very early Stagnation through Musical Box, Fountain Of Salmacis, Supper's Ready and Dance On A Volcano. Plus promo videos for Misunderstanding and Mama, amongothers.

It is, without a doubt, one of the finest rock documentaries I've ever seen! It really does the Genesis legend proud.

ELTON AT 50 - YOUR SONG

Personal Letter

"Henry, the film you have made is absolutely unique. Brilliant! It is truly a one-off! MTV showed it on the hour, everyhour, and all the major news networks in the United States showed it [on the day of his birthday party] in their primetime bulletins."

THE REAL JOHN LENNON

Personal letter

You managed to dig out some amazing, intimate and unseen Beatles and John Lennon archive. I am truly grateful for your excellent contribution to our production of The Real John Lennon.

We have had great reviews thus far for this programme which featured, as you know, as a part of our Channel 4 John Lennon Night. I look forward to working with you again in the near future.

CLASSIC ALBUMS - ELVIS PRESLEY

Personal letter

Just a quick note to let you know I received the Classic AlbumsElvis Presley tape - and to pass along my thanks andcongratulations to everyone involved.

I thought it was exceptionally well done, a challenging butpainless, and deceptively entertaining, lesson in history which Ithoroughly enjoyed.

There's lots more I could say - but mostly I just wanted tosay thanks.
Best wishes,

Personal letter

A note to say how delighted I am to receive and view the ElvisPresley Classic Album video. It is superbly done, with regard toboth the selection of meaningful material and the fluent, organicway this was put together. There is little or nothing that onecould ask that hasn't been answered in depth through thispresentation. It honours the album - in spades!

There is no-one who can fail to learn important new things fromthis production. I only wish I'd had more to contribute to this" amazing story".

So thank you again for the video copy, and for the opportunity to be part of the background to this great LP.

All Back To Mine strikes a pacy balance between educational chat, clips of the artists which the guests have chosen, and voyeuristic nosing around the houses of the rich and famous...Alongside Rock Family Trees the series combines the contextual information of a print magazine with the sound and footage that are television's province.
